Qigong and Tai Chi for Health Class

• Qigong is a self-healing practice and the foundation of Tai Chi. Physically, the accumulation of gong refers to constant improvements in power, coordination, agility, and balance through the accumulation and restoring of qi, or “life energy”.

• Tai Chi is an ancient art and process of improving ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. It is a way to nurture, replenish, and balance our energy.

• This class will guide you through gentle movements of Qigong and Tai Chi in a way that will enable you to practice on your own to support your physical and mental health.

Suzanne Brossard is a teacher and practitioner of Qigong and Tai Chi form, push-hands, and swords. She graduated from the Qigong Research and Practice Center in 2019 earning a diploma from Grandmaster of Qigong and Tai Chi, Ken Cohen.  In 2020, she was certified as a Tai Chi Chuan Instructor by Grandmaster William C. C. Chen based in New York City.
